    Xprocess

I recently developed some slide film in c41, I love the colors you get when you do this. I used a old vintage minolta camera my grandfather had given to me in which he claimed to be broken. I'm really stoked that still works.
I love film, and I love not knowing how the photos are going to turn out and it's always a surprise to see them printed. Be prepared to see more stuff like this.
These are the results from my 20th birthday and the zoo.

    Lost & Found

This is probably my favorite picture from my trip to Cuba, I had lost the print in my photo album (probably to scan it), negs are in a box somewhere...but thanks to my old photobucket account I've retrieved it :D

"The art is not in making money, but in keeping it"

Money has been tight lately - minimum wage, cut back hours, price of transportation. I'm really starting to feel this next thing to the great depression that everyone is talking about. This photograph serves as a reminder that even the littlest things should not be taken for granted & also the first time I ever showed a general interests in photography.

Inside the door is an elderly woman that sells popsicles on hot days, the children were waiting for there treats so I took there picture and gave them each a Canadian dime. They were more excited over the 10 cents then they were for their ice cold treats. I hope they still kept there dimes, and maybe one day I will start to learn and save my coins.

    Gotta love my facebook horoscopes:

Just when you thought Christmas was over...

So I finally got a job, it wasn't necessarily what I expected after graduating, but its a job and it pays..sort of. I'm working at Black's Photography now way out in borderline Scarborough - the commute is approximately an hour and I'm hoping to get transferred.....quickly.

A delivery of about 25 boxes of new stock came in the other day, it felt like Christmas - although I'd forgotten what it felt like this year - inside where all sorts of cool storage boxes and photo albums even cool photography portfolios which seemed to be all specially designed for me...however a new SLR bag really takes the cake.

I think I want the a grey one that looks almost like the black one, but its a tough decision...

Ive been looking for a fancy SLR bag forever, I hav
e a feeling tomorrows pay isn't going to last very long...
